About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Account Manager to join our client’s growing team. You’ll manage a varied portfolio of clients across consumer‑focused industries, helping them get the most from our Data & AI products and advisory services. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Building and nurturing long‑term client relationships
- Identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to expand account value
- Delivering strategic guidance to clients on how to leverage platforms and solutions
- Ensuring seamless onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement
- Working closely with Product, Data Science, and Customer Success teams to drive client outcomes
