I'm working with a globally respected market research firm that partners with some of the world’s top Banks and Consultancies. They’re growing their commercial team and looking for an Account Executive with conversational German to support business development across the DACH region and beyond.

The Role
As Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in identifying and engaging new prospects, supporting senior team members with strategic proposals, and helping to convert leads into long-term clients. You’ll be working in both English and German, so confidence in both is essential.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Researching and qualifying new business opportunities in DACH and international markets
- Reaching out via email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage potential clients
- Supporting on tailored proposals, pitch decks, and client communications
- Responding to inbound interest and nurturing leads
- Attending virtual meetings and occasional industry events
- Updating CRM systems and tracking pipeline progress
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (internships also considered)
- Conversational German (B2+), comfortable communicating with clients
- A natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Curious about market trends, insights, and data-led strategy
- Organised, proactive, and motivated to grow in a commercial role
- Bonus points if you’ve used HubSpot, Salesforce, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
