We\’re looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team at Heathcote Holdings, a growing family-run group of companies. You\’ll work across multiple brands, crafting compelling marketing outputs that drive engagement and enhance brand awareness.

This is a fantastic role for someone who loves social media, digital marketing, and content creation, with the opportunity to bring fresh ideas and take ownership of exciting campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Social Media & Content – Develop and execute innovative social media strategies, manage content plans, and create engaging posts.
2. Email Marketing – Design and implement targeted campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.
3. Digital Marketing – Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO and PPC strategies.
4. Creative Copywriting – Write compelling content for blogs, websites, newsletters, and social media.
5. Competitor & Market Analysis – Stay ahead of trends, analyse competitors, and recommend new marketing opportunities.
6. Event Management – Plan and coordinate exhibitions and events to showcase our brands.
7. Marketing Strategy – Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute impactful brand strategies.

About you:

Essentials:

1. 3+ years\’ experience in a B2B marketing role
2. A passion for social media & digital marketing
3. Strong copywriting & proofreading skills
4. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
5. Excellent attention to detail & organisational skills
6. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to bring new ideas
7. Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp)
8. Understanding of SEO & PPC
