We are seeking an experienced and proactive Estates Foreman/ Supervisor to join our expanding Estates Management team. This is a hands-on role overseeing the maintenance, repair and delivery of small construction projects across a varied portfolio of commercial, residential and agricultural properties.
The successful candidate will work closely and collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, management and internal teams across multiple group companies to ensure all properties are maintained to the highest standards while operating efficiently, safely and to a high quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment works across the estate.
- Lead, mentor and support a small team of estate workers and tradespeople.
- Plan and manage small scale construction and improvement projects, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Carry out hands-on work as required, setting a high standard through example.
- Manage materials, budgets, and schedules effectively.
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety and company procedures.
- Strong technical knowledge.
- A practical approach to guiding, developing and motivating the team.
- Extensive experience in property, construction, or estate maintenance.
- Strong practical background in general building, carpentry, groundworks, or a similar trade.
- Capable of working independently, managing priorities, and problem-solving on site.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, professional attitude.
- Full UK driving licence required.
