An award-winning accountancy firm is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its expanding tax department. With a strong reputation across the region, this is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic tax professional with experience across both corporate and personal tax to step into a varied, client-facing position. You will work closely with senior colleagues to deliver tailored advice and support a broad portfolio of clients, including on complex planning matters, all within a forward-thinking and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate tax compliance and advisory
- Employee share incentive schemes and employment-related securities returns
- Corporate reconstructions and HMRC tax clearances
- Trust tax planning and inheritance tax planning
- Tax support on transactions, including due diligence
- Overseas matters including double tax treaties
- Capital gains tax planning and 60-day reporting
- VAT advice and compliance
- EMI, ATED, and residential property CGT returns
Requirements:
- Ideally CTA qualified, or ACA/ACCA qualified with 2–5 years’ experience in a mixed tax practice
- Proven experience in both corporate and personal tax matters
- Excellent attention to detail with strong technical knowledge
- Confident communicator and proactive problem-solver
- Ability to manage workload independently while working effectively within a team
