Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
• Handle sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties
• Manage remortgages, transfers of equity, and ideally new build and shared ownership transactions
• Use modern case management systems and Land Registry portals effectively
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute positively to the team dynamic
• Support and encourage junior members of the department when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with demonstrable experience in residential property law
• Confident managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Calm under pressure, with a professional and client-focused approach
• Strong team player, with the ability to support and mentor junior staff
• Proficiency with conveyancing software and Land Registry systems
