The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

Your mission involves day-to-day office administration and coordination, liaising with building managing agents and service providers. You will manage office supplies, placing orders as needed. You assist the project teams with administrative tasks such as filing and maintaining the electronic or paper-based Trial Master File (TMF/eTMF), management systems, shipping, organisation, travel planning, and document creation. You support the project management team in the planning, organisation, and implementation of national and international clinical trials in phases I to IV. You participate in conference calls and meetings in an international environment and prepare minutes of meetings. This is a part-time position with a structured and predictable schedule (3 days per week), acting as a central point of contact for the Guildford office.

Your profile includes previous experience in office administration; experience in clinical research or regulated environments is an advantage but not essential. You should speak excellent English and be confident in using common MS Office programs. A structured and reliable work manner, being a team player, communicative, and enjoying organising and creating results reports are essential qualities.
