About The Role
Position: Security Supervisor – Security Guarding Manchester
Rate: £27,000 Per Annum
Schedule: 40 hours per week (24/16 split front line hours and admin work)
Location: Manchester

We are looking for a new Security Guarding Supervisor who champions our values to join the Operations team in Manchester
To be considered for this role, you must have extensive experience in the Security Guarding Sector
Main Duties
- Manage schedules and holidays, ensuring seamless coverage and operational efficiency. Receiving requests from Area/Contract Managers and acting fast and accordingly.
- Support recruitment team with onboarding and inductions of new team members.
- Oversee ongoing training and development of your team.
- The Security Supervisor will be expected to meet with Store Managers to discuss any issues, review incidents and discuss the team’s performance.
Requirements
- SIA Door Supervision Licence.
- Full Driving Licence for more than 2 years with less than 6 points.
- 2 years of security experience in security guarding
- Willing to travel between regions.
- Willing to work evenings and weekends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Great attention to detail.
Schedule
- 16 hours per week office based and 24 hours per week front-line at SG locations.
Reports To
Operations Manager – Security Guarding North.
