We are seeking a motivated Area Manager who shares these values to join our London team. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, deploying, and supporting our frontline teams, ensuring high standards are maintained through regular site visits and ongoing training. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the security industry, particularly within the night time economy sector.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and finalize schedules for our sites at least 6 weeks in advance.
- Conduct standards and compliance checks, complete documentation.
- Recruit and onboard new team members.
- Oversee ongoing training and development.
- Schedule and conduct regular appraisals.
- Respond to incidents professionally and promptly.
- Maintain and promote exceptional standards across operations.
Qualifications:
- SIA Door Supervision Licence.
Requirements:
- Management experience.
- At least 2 years in the security industry with knowledge of the night time economy sector.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with software tools and adaptability to new systems.
