As an Area Manager, you will play a vital role in recruiting, deploying, and supporting our frontline teams, ensuring the highest standards are consistently maintained. Regular site visits and ongoing training for team members will be key to your success in this role.
The ideal candidate will need proven experience in the security industry, with a deep understanding of the night time economy sector.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare and finalise schedules for our current sites at least 6 weeks in advance.
- Conduct standards and compliance checks for sites, frontline team members, and complete associated documentation.
- Recruit and onboard new team members.
- Oversee ongoing training and development of the frontline team.
- Schedule and conduct regular appraisals with the frontline team.
- Respond to incidents in a professional and timely manner.
- Uphold and drive exceptional standards across all operations.
Qualifications
- SIA Door Supervision Licence.
Requirements
- Management experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the security industry with a deep understanding of the night time economy sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in various software tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
Schedule
- 40 hours per week (evenings and weekends required).
- 50% office based, 50% front-line work.
Reports To Operations Manager.
