About The Role
Position: Luxury Retail Security Officer (Door Host) – Kings Hill
Hourly Rate: £15.50 plus holiday pay (FGH Group operates a holiday accrual scheme in line with the government guidelines at 12.07%)
Shifts Available: Monday – Sunday (typically between 06:00 – 20:00)
We are now recruiting Luxury Retail Security Officers (Door Hosts) to support a portfolio of globally recognised luxury retail brands in Kings Hill. This role goes beyond traditional security. You will act as both brand ambassador and protector, delivering a luxurious, welcoming experience while maintaining a discreet and highly effective security presence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the first and last impression of the brand, delivering a warm and professional welcome
- Providing a refined front‑of‑house presence, aligned with luxury retail standards
- Greeting all clients with confidence, awareness, and attention to detail
- Maintaining constant situational awareness while remaining approachable and composed
- Monitoring activity at the entrance and within the store, identifying risks discreetly
- Supporting loss prevention through observation, intelligence, and communication
- Managing access and controlling flow during busy periods with professionalism
- Handling sensitive situations with discretion, calmness, and strong judgement
- Liaising seamlessly with store teams to protect both client experience and assets
- Producing clear, accurate, and professional incident and daily activity reports
About You
Experience in luxury retail security or premium customer‑facing roles is essential. The ideal candidate will be:
- Impeccably presented, with exceptional grooming and attention to detail
- Confident, calm, and professional, with a natural ability to engage high‑end clientele
- Highly observant, with the ability to maintain awareness without appearing intrusive
- A strong communicator, capable of delivering both excellent service and clear reporting

- Able to balance security priorities with a seamless luxury experience
- Reliable, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
