About The Role
Position: Luxury Retail Security Officer (Door Host) – Central London
Hourly Rate: £15.50 plus holiday pay (FGH Group operates a holiday accrual scheme in line with the government guidelines at 12.07%)
Shifts Available: Monday – Sunday (typically between 09:00 – 21:00)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Act as the first and last impression of the brand, delivering a warm and professional welcome.
- Provide a refined front‑of‑house presence, aligned with luxury retail standards.
- Greet all clients with confidence, awareness, and attention to detail.
- Maintain constant situational awareness while remaining approachable and composed.
- Monitor activity at the entrance and within the store, identifying risks discreetly.
- Support loss prevention through observation, intelligence, and communication.
- Manage access and control flow during busy periods with professionalism.
- Handle sensitive situations with discretion, calmness, and strong judgment.
- Liaise seamlessly with store teams to protect both client experience and assets.
- Produce clear, accurate, and professional incident and daily activity reports.

Experience in luxury retail security or premium customer‑facing roles is essential. The ideal candidate will be:
