About The Role

- Schedule: 40hrs a week, Monday to Friday, three shift patterns available 06:00-14:30, 09:00-17:30, 14:00-22:30

We are currently looking for three Resourcing Assistants who embody these values to join our Central Resourcing & Engagement Team.
This is a unique opportunity to be involved in the ground-up creation of a new team within the FGH Group structure. You will help shape the processes and methodology of the long term work you will be undertaking. We are seeking to start the team build asap, with the expectation to be functional by end of Summer and running smoothly in approximately 12 months.
Role Missions
- To maximise the opportunities available to our front line team to earn and upskill to make sure they are succeeding during their time at FGH.
- To provide accurate and timely data for invoicing and payroll.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, proactive and driven individual with a keen eye for data and deliverables.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth and timely scheduling of our front line requirements.
- Regularly and accurately report on fulfilment and elevate concerns to relevant operational management in good time.
- Identify and report skills and resourcing shortages.
- Collaborate with operational management to appropriately allocate specialist roles and document their succession planning.
- Receive customer requirements from the operational management team, and build rotas accordingly.
- Accurately and promptly produce timesheets for invoicing and payroll.
- Liaise with front line managers on the performance and skills of new and existing team members; making the necessary referrals to other departments to ensure their progression.
- Triage employee queries and direct them to Engagement, line management or other services.
- Create and maintain site records within the workforce management system.
- Monitor team members inactivity, encourage inactive team members to schedule shifts and identify reasons for inactivity.
- Create and update pay and bill within the workforce management system.
- Refine processes alongside the Resourcing Manager, embedding continuous improvement.
- Become the experts in navigating and updating our workforce management system.
- Where possible, support operational management with short notice requirements and absences.
- Attend the monthly Help Hub at Regional Offices (last Wednesday of each month 17:00-19:00) where employees can drop in for a face to face session with operational management and central resourcing.
- From time to time, support with inductions and other employee engagement tasks.
- Identify opportunities to maintain and increase Trust Score by maximising positive feedback being placed on identified platforms.

Requirements/Qualifications
- Scheduling SIA licensed personnel requires an SIA licence, we will arrange this for you if you do not have one already. A non-front line SIA licence allows for scheduling without the requirement for any training or working in a front line role.

Please note this role is not suitable for someone that wishes to pursue an operational career within Security, this is an office based role that does not support front line work.
