About The Role
Position: Head Door Supervisor
Hourly Rate: £17.50 plus holiday pay (FGH Group operates a holiday accrual scheme in line with the government guidelines at 12.07%)
Schedule: Full time shift pattern available

As a Head Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment and service delivery of the security team, monitoring venue targets, developing your team, and ultimately ensuring customers have a good time.
Requirements
- SIA Door Supervision Licence.
- 3 years of experience as a Head Door Supervisor.
- Excellent local knowledge.
Your main duties will include
- Maintaining a safe and positive experience for all guests during their time on site.
- Be responsible for all security personnel, manage operations and work within security plans and venue expectations.
- Support and advise on security plans, risk assessments and incident reports.
- Ensure correct incident, searching and patrol reporting from all members of the security team.
- Carrying out briefs and debriefs.
- Monitoring targets throughout shifts.
- Identifying training needs.
- Liaise with venue management on personnel positions and scheduling of the team.
- Ensure venue policies are being implemented by security personnel.
- Attending regular meetings with Operations Managers with suitable updates and proactive management of any issues.
- Build and maintain good relationships with local authorities and emergency services.
