About The Role

Position: Head Door Supervisor

Hourly Rate: £18.50 – £20.50 (rate inclusive of holiday pay)

Schedule: Saturday evening shift

We are seeking a new Head Door Supervisor who embodies our values to join our team in Leeds, keeping people safe.

Our security team at venues like Albert\’s Schloss, Manahatta, Banyan, and BOX work seamlessly into the customer experience, providing effective safety and security to patrons and staff.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the deployment and service delivery of the security team
  • Monitoring venue targets
  • Developing team members
  • Ensuring customers have a positive experience

Requirements:

  • SIA Door Supervision Licence
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Head Door Supervisor
  • Excellent local knowledge

Main Duties:

  • Maintaining a safe and positive environment for guests
  • Managing security personnel and operations
  • Supporting security plans, risk assessments, and incident reporting
  • Ensuring proper incident, searching, and patrol reporting
  • Conducting briefs and debriefs
  • Monitoring targets and identifying training needs
  • Liaising with venue management on staffing and scheduling
  • Implementing venue policies among security staff
  • Attending meetings with Operations Managers
  • Building relationships with local authorities and emergency services
