Head Door Supervisor - Birmingham at FGH Security
Hourly Rate: £18.50 - £20.50 (rate inclusive of holiday pay)
Schedule: Saturday Evening Shift

Responsibilities
- Maintaining a safe and positive experience for all guests during their time on site.
- Be responsible for all security personnel, manage operations and working within security plans and venue expectations.
- Support and advise on security plans, risk assessments and incident reports.
- Ensure correct incident, searching and patrol reporting from all members of the security team.
- Carrying out briefs and debriefs.
- Monitoring targets throughout shifts.
- Identifying training needs.
- Liaise with venue management on personnel positions and scheduling of the team.
- Ensure venue policies are being implemented by security personnel
- Attending regular meetings with Operations Managers with suitable updates and proactive management of any issues.
- Build and maintain good relationships with local authorities and emergency services.
Requirements / Qualifications
- SIA Door Supervision Licence.
- 3 years of experience as a Head Door Supervisor.
- Excellent local knowledge.
