About The Role Position: Event Scheduler Salary: Entry Level – £26,280.07 per annum Schedule: 40 hours per week Location: FGH Security Lancaster Office (with some traveling to other sites) Closing Date: 05/06/2025 This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a candidate wishing to build a career in the security industry, offering a clear pathway into roles such as Area Manager, Event Operations Manager, and Resourcing Operations Manager. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure sites are resourced to customer requirements. Review and document customer requirements to ensure quality service. Handle customer enquiries professionally and promptly, acknowledging within a working day. People Management and Team Support: Motivate, coach, and engage with front-line team members. Participate in and present at Festival Team inductions and interview sessions. Gather new starter availability and schedule shifts accordingly. Maintain front line standards per organisation’s standards. Collaborate with Operations Managers to assign team members to roles based on experience and skillset. Monitor team inactivity, encourage scheduling, and identify reasons for inactivity. Coordinate assessments for qualifications and liaise with the Training Lead. Process and Communication: Ensure professional, brand-compliant, and accurate communication and documentation. Manage the PARiM end-to-end process from shift creation to payroll approval. Meet scheduling requirements within target timeframes and provide weekly updates. Coordinate with Stores Manager for equipment and transport arrangements. Additional Responsibilities: Plan transportation in line with event budgets. Identify opportunities to improve Trust Score through positive feedback and content submissions. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, time management, and organisational skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with software tools and adaptability to new systems. SIA Door Supervisor Licence required.
