We are looking for new Event Safety Stewards who champion our values to join our team keeping people safe at some of the best events, festivals and stadiums. You must be 18 years old to apply for this role.

Main Duties:
  • Monitoring access points and site perimeter patrolling.
  • Ingress control – ticket validation, accreditation checks, guest direction and queries.
  • Crowd management – foot traffic direction, maintaining order, reporting anti-social behaviour, ensuring crowd safety plans are adhered to.
  • Deliver approachable customer service and support.
  • Monitor and report any suspicious behaviour/take appropriate action.
  • Egress control.
  • Reporting and recording details of irregularities, incidents, searches and patrols.
About You:

The ideal candidate will need to:

  • Have a clear passion for Keeping People Safe.
  • Have a good understanding of security risks and threats present at events and festivals.
  • Be friendly and have great interpersonal skills.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Love training: we have a learning culture and are rigorous in upskilling ourselves and others.

You will be subject to security screening in accordance with BS7858:2019 and a DBS check. You will be required to gain your L2 in Spectator Safety certificate as part of your employment; this training will be provided by FGH training free of charge.
