About The Role
Position: SIA Door Supervisor - Manchester
Hourly Rate: £12.50 - £14.01* (inclusive of holiday pay)
Schedule: Evening shifts available Thursday to Sunday

Candidates must hold a valid SIA Door Supervision Licence.
Your Main Duties Will Include:
- Assessing the suitability of guests and monitoring behaviour in line with policies and legal requirements
- Ensuring the venue operates within safe capacity limits and managing crowd dispersal
- Patrolling the venue and conducting occasional physical searches of guests
- Requiring guests to leave the venue and/or refusing entry when behaviour or suitability does not comply with house rules/policies, which may require physical intervention
- Protection of assets
- Reporting and recording incident details, searches, and patrols
Requirements
- SIA Door Supervision Licence
- Experience working as a Door Supervisor in the night-time economy (bars, pubs, clubs, etc.)
- Availability on Friday and Saturday evenings
