Position: SIA Door Supervisor - Manchester
Hourly Rate: Entry Level £14.00 plus holiday pay (FGH Group operates a holiday accrual scheme in line with the government guidelines at 12.07%)
Schedule: Weekend evening shifts
We are looking for new Door Supervisors who champion our values to join our team Keeping People Safe in Manchester. Albert’s Schloss, Manahatta, Banyan and BOX enlist our highly trained security team to blend seamlessly into the customer experience whilst providing effective safety and security to patrons and employees.
Candidate must hold a valid SIA Door Supervision Licence.
Your main duties will include:
- Assess the suitability of guests and monitor behaviour in line with policies/legal requirements.
- Ensuring the venue operates to a safe capacity and crowds are dispersed appropriately.
- Patrolling the venue and undertaking occasional physical searches of guests.
- Requiring guests to leave the venue and/or refusing entry to guests when behaviour/suitability is not in line with house-rules/policies. On occasions, this may require physical intervention.
- Protection of assets.
- Reporting and recording details of incidents, searches and patrol.
Requirements:
- SIA Door Supervision Licence.
- Experience working as a Door Supervisor in the night-time economy (bars, pubs, clubs etc.).
- Availability Friday and Saturday evening.

- Smart appearance with impeccable personal presentation.
- Ability to confidently de-escalate and resolve difficult conflict situations.
- Keen eye for detail and the ability to stay vigilant to security risks.
During screening, you must be able to provide evidence of 5 year employment/education history and references in a timely manner upon request.
