SIA Door Supervisor – Lancaster

Hourly Rate: £13.10 – £14.68* (*inclusive of holiday pay)

Schedule: Ad hoc shifts

We are seeking new Door Supervisors who embody our values to join our team in Lancaster, keeping people safe.

Requirements:

• SIA Door Supervision Licence
• Experience in the night-time economy (bars, pubs, clubs, etc.)
• Availability on Friday and Saturday evenings

Your Main Duties Will Include:

• Assess guest suitability and monitor behaviour according to policies and legal requirements
• Ensure venue operates within safe capacity and manage crowd dispersal
• Patrol the venue and perform occasional physical searches
• Manage guest entry and exit, including physical intervention if necessary
• Protect assets
• Report and record incidents, searches, and patrols

About You:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Smart appearance and impeccable personal presentation
• Ability to de-escalate conflicts confidently
• Keen eye for detail and vigilance to security risks

During screening, you must be able to provide evidence of 5-year employment/education history and references promptly upon request.
