About The Role
Position: SIA Response Officer – London Events & Stadia
Hourly Rate: £15.30 plus holiday pay (FGH Group operates a holiday accrual scheme in line with the government guidelines at 12.07%)

We are looking for new SIA Response Officers who champion our values to join our team keeping people safe in London. This role puts you at the centre of London’s biggest and most exciting events. You’ll work major shows at Wembley Stadium, high‑energy festivals across the capital, and cutting‑edge events at Drumsheds. Alongside the action, you’ll have real opportunities to upskill and progress, including access to Level 2 and Level 3 Spectator Safety qualifications, plus ongoing training to develop new skills and broaden your experience across large‑scale events and venues. Duties include:
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and dynamic situations across the venue.
- Support crowd management, ingress, egress, and capacity control at key pinch points.
- Assist with searches and prohibited items control.
- Patrol internal and external areas to identify risks, hazards, and suspicious activity.
- Complete accurate incident reports.
- Body‑worn camera usage in line with policy.
- Use radio communications confidently and professionally, maintaining clear, concise updates with control rooms and supervisors.
- Intervene early to prevent escalation, using conflict management and physical intervention skills when required and proportionate.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, engaging positively with guests, providing clear information and assistance.
Requirements:
- SIA Door Supervision Licence.
- L2 or L3 Spectator Safety Certificate or willingness to achieve this qualification (training will be provided by FGH Training free of charge).
