About The Role
- Position: Security Area Manager - Events & Stadiums London
- Schedule: 40 hours per week

We are looking for a new Area Manager responsible for overseeing a portfolio of stadiums, venues and events, ensuring operation excellence, developing high-performing teams and building strong client relationships.
Strong knowledge of crowd management, event safety and security operations is essential for this role.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of different stadiums, venues and events, in line with client requirements.
- Attending weekly meetings with clients and stakeholders, as well conducting as regular site visits/ audits.
- Work with the resourcing team to ensure staffing levels are achieved.
- Support the recruitment, training and development of operational teams.
- Create and maintain a skills matrix for each site with up-to-date training records.
- Line manage team members from the London Events & Stadiums region, focusing on mentoring, coaching and development.
- Monthly reviews of the risk assessments and assignment instructions to ensure the team is working in a safe environment.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, legislation, and industry best practice.
- Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities with the events sector to expand our portfolio.
Requirements
- SIA Door Supervisor.
- Driving Licence.
- Strong knowledge of crowd management, event safety and security operations.
- Previous security experience managing large-scale events and multi-site operations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in various software tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays in line with the events calendar.
- Preferred Requirements
- Level 3 or 4 Certificate in Spectator safety.
- Experience using workforce management and event planning systems.
- Schedule
- 40 hours per week (evenings and weekends required).

Operations Manager.
