About The Role

Schedule: Various shift patterns available over the summer

Contract Type: Fixed-term until 30/09/2026

Hourly Rate: £12.71 (Entry Level) - £13.45 (depending on role & location)

Holiday Accrual Scheme: 12.07% in line with government guidelines

Interview & Meet Your Manager location: London (W1S 2N)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Monitoring access points and site perimeter patrolling.
  • Ingress control – ticket validation, accreditation checks, guest direction and queries.
  • Crowd management – foot traffic direction, maintaining order, reporting anti-social behaviour, ensuring crowd safety plans are adhered to.
  • Deliver approachable customer service and support.
  • Monitor and report any suspicious behaviour / take appropriate action.
  • Egress control.
  • Reporting and recording details of irregularities, incidents, searches and patrols.

What We're Looking For:

Essential:
  • Over 18 years old.
Skills & Experience:
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Friendly, approachable and confident engaging with the public.
  • Good awareness of security risks and threats present at events and festivals.
  • Confidence working in busy, high-energy environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Keen eye for detail and the ability to spot and record issues.
Additional Requirements:
  • Happy camping and able to provide the essential camping equipment.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • You may be required to gain your L2 in Spectator Safety certificate as part of your employment; this training will be provided free of charge.
  • Applicants will need to complete security screening in line with BS7858:2019 and a DBS check.
  • If you already have a valid Standard or Enhanced DBS issued within the last 12 months, it can be used; otherwise, you will cover the cost of the check and we will handle the administration fee.
