About The Role

Contract Type: Fixed-term until 30/09/2026
Hourly Rate: £12.71 (Entry Level) - £13.45 (depending on role & location)
Holiday Accrual Scheme: 12.07% in line with government guidelines
Interview & Meet Your Manager location: London (W1S 2N)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Monitoring access points and site perimeter patrolling.
- Ingress control – ticket validation, accreditation checks, guest direction and queries.
- Crowd management – foot traffic direction, maintaining order, reporting anti-social behaviour, ensuring crowd safety plans are adhered to.
- Deliver approachable customer service and support.
- Monitor and report any suspicious behaviour / take appropriate action.
- Egress control.
- Reporting and recording details of irregularities, incidents, searches and patrols.
What We're Looking For:
Essential:- Over 18 years old.
- Great customer service skills.
- Friendly, approachable and confident engaging with the public.
- Good awareness of security risks and threats present at events and festivals.
- Confidence working in busy, high-energy environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Keen eye for detail and the ability to spot and record issues.
- Happy camping and able to provide the essential camping equipment.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- You may be required to gain your L2 in Spectator Safety certificate as part of your employment; this training will be provided free of charge.
- Applicants will need to complete security screening in line with BS7858:2019 and a DBS check.
- If you already have a valid Standard or Enhanced DBS issued within the last 12 months, it can be used; otherwise, you will cover the cost of the check and we will handle the administration fee.
