About The Role

As Senior Campaigns and Brand Marketing Executive you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

You'll work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning: Develop and manage end‑to‑end marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand guidelines.
  • Content Planning: Support the Senior Campaign Manager with content planning for the upcoming season.
  • Execution: Coordinate with creative, digital, and marketing teams to execute campaigns across various channels (email, social media, paid media, onsite, etc.).
  • Brand Partnership Collaboration: Work closely with relevant buying teams and third‑party brands to optimise marketing opportunities and build strong relationships.
  • Agency Coordination: Manage relationships with external agencies to support the planning and delivery of seasonal campaigns, events and activations.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, using analytics to measure success and optimise future efforts.
  • Support and Lead Initiatives: Support and lead where appropriate cross‑functional project working groups.
  • Budget Management: Maintain cost trackers and manage purchase orders (POs).
  • Cross‑Functional

Collaboration: Work closely with buying, creative, financial services, and wider marketing teams to ensure campaign integration and consistency.

Attend and lead cross‑functional meetings where appropriate.

  • Optimisation: Identify opportunities for campaign optimisation and suggest improvements to enhance effectiveness.
  • Travel: Occasional travel to attend campaign shoots, meet with agencies and third‑party brands to strengthen partnerships and explore new marketing opportunities.
  • Line Management: Manage and coach Campaign and Brand Marketing Executives, including planning workloads and conducting 1‑2‑1s.
  • Customer Focus: Be committed to achieving positive outcomes for customers at all times.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable UK and local regulations, Company Policies, and FCA Conduct Rules.

About You

  • Able to commute to Bradford City Centre
  • Experience in brand and/or campaign management
  • Experience working with and managing external agencies and partners
  • Analytical and strong Excel and reporting skills
  • Educated in Marketing, Business Studies to A Level or Degree Level, or have relevant experience
  • High level of drive and motivation
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines with high levels of accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Can work individually or as part of a team
