You’re highly organised and detail‑driven, with exceptional diary and inbox management skills and a natural ability to prioritise, anticipate needs and follow through autonomously. Calm under pressure, you bring precision to preparation, produce high‑quality correspondence, reports and presentations, and handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and sound judgement.
Confident and professional in your communication, you build strong relationships at every level and act as a vital connector across a creative, collaborative retail business. Comfortable working at pace, you’ll support leadership meetings, events, projects and travel, while using tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SharePoint to keep everything running seamlessly.

About The Role
To provide a complete and confidential PA/secretarial service and appropriate administration support to the CEO and Chief Financial Officer.
Accountabilities
- Full secretarial administration and clerical support, encompassing minute taking in meetings, monitoring and co‑ordinating of e‑mails, filing, updating HR systems, inputting expense claims, raising purchase orders
- Typing correspondence, preparing reports and PowerPoint presentations
- Diary management, arranging meetings and visits with internal and external contacts
- Communication with both internal and external contacts
- Organising travel and accommodation arrangements for CEO, and the Executive Management Team
- Ensure all correspondence of a highly confidential and/or restricted nature is dealt with confidentially
- Project and events co‑ordination and support
- Intranet content editor for announcements
- Building effective working relationships with both internal and external contacts
- To be committed to good outcomes for customers at all times
- Ensure compliance with all applicable UK and local regulations, Company Policies and FCA Conduct Rules
- Demonstrate behaviours in line with our Company values
Essential ABOUT YOU
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience providing high‑level administrative support to Executive Leaders
- Basic commercial understanding of business and retailing
- Can demonstrate secretarial experience at senior level
- Can display a professional and confident manner
- Have good interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to build relationships with people at all levels internal & external
- Have excellent organisational, communication skills and problem‑solving skills
- Are fully computer literate with an excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel are essential
- Able to commute to Bradford City Centre
