This position is responsible and accountable for managing end to end online data from implementation, tracking, reporting and providing actionable commercial insights that drive retail decisions.
Accountabilities
- Understand the commercial strategy of the Freemans Grattan Holdings business.
- Combine data from Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, external data sources to understand customer behaviour and deliver actionable insights.
- Work directly with digital trading teams to ensure customers have a great shopping experience.
- Collaborate cross functionally with project teams to solve business problems and improve trade.
- Analyse user behaviour on site using search, navigation & recommendations to improve conversion.
- Support CRO programme by analysing AB test data and providing actionable recommendations.
- Build, automate & maintain dashboards using Power BI.
- Provide status reports to management.
- Understand retail concepts and link digital metrics to commercial outcomes.
- Have an in-depth understanding of existing and emerging AI concepts and educate the wider business.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable UK and local regulations, Company Policies and FCA Conduct Rules.

- Take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and other persons who may be affected by acts and omissions at work.
About You
- 1-2 years’ experience in an Analytical Role or recent Graduate.
- Experience in Web Analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe or Similar) preferred.
- Experience of A/B or multivariate testing.
- Experience in Microsoft Fabric & Power BI.
- Experience in Python basics.
- Must be able to think creatively about issues and find a resolution.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent business-related qualifications.
- Ability to work with a high level of accuracy, and attention to detail to time critical deadlines.
- Organised with great time management skills.
- Enthusiastic, problem solving and interpersonal skills with ability to put your ideas across verbally and in presentations.
- Great attention to detail.
- The ability to multi-task and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
- Enthusiastic about what you do and work as part of a team to excel.
- Excellent presentation and writing skills.
- Able to commute to Bradford City Centre at least 2 days each week.
