About The Role

As a Creative Designer at FGH, you will focus primarily on print and editorial design. You will play an integral role in delivering a wide range of printed collateral including seasonal publications, direct mail, and parcel inserts, that strengthen brand perception, engage customers, and drive commercial performance.

Accountabilities

  • Design and produce high-quality, print-ready artwork for a range of marketing collateral
  • Prepare production files to printer specifications (bleeds, trims, colour profiles, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Buying & Merchandise, and Print Production teams to translate concepts into compelling visual design
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all printed outputs
  • Review proofs and implement revisions to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting key milestones and deadlines
  • Maintain and apply templates and graphics packs in line with FGH guidelines
  • Take ownership of publications and other printed materials as required
  • Liaise with external creative and photographic suppliers to support production and delivery
  • Stay up to date with print design trends, materials, and production techniques

About You

  • Excellent working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • A diverse portfolio demonstrating strong print and editorial design work, including brochures and marketing collateral
  • Strong understanding of print production processes
  • Excellent typography and typesetting skills
  • A keen eye for layout and detail
  • Ability to deliver final artwork precisely to brief specifications
  • Strong customer focus
  • Good written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management skills, the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to change with high levels of accuracy
  • Able to work independently, with a resourceful, can-do approach
  • Able to problem-solve, and think and react quickly in a dynamic business environment
  • Able to travel to Bradford city centre 2 days a week
