THE ROLE:
This is a senior, hands-on marketing leadership role covering a planned maternity leave. You will take full ownership of the marketing function at a pivotal moment with the data delivery platform βLumenβ evolution is under way, a website redesign is in delivery, and the team is actively building out its hiring and capacity. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for shaping strategy while ensuring strong execution across campaigns, content, and digital channels.

- Proven experience in a Head of Marketing / Marketing Director role, ideally in professional services or advisory environments
- Demonstrated experience leading and delivering complex, cross-functional projects β such as website redesigns, platform launches, or rebrands β through external agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Strong track record of delivering high-quality B2B lead generation
- Experience building thought leadership platforms that drive commercial outcomes
- Commercially minded with deep understanding of sales alignment and pipeline generation
- Hands-on and delivery-focused, with the ability to operate at pace in an interim capacity
- Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leadership
