We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Corporate & Commercial Solicitor who wants to take ownership of interesting work, build strong client relationships and make a genuine impact within a growing firm.
Role Description
This is a full-time Corporate & Commercial Solicitor role, suitable for a solicitor with approximately 3–5 years’ PQE, based at our Northampton office.
The successful candidate will advise a diverse client base, including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, larger organisations and senior individuals, on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
You will have the opportunity to manage your own files, work closely with clients, collaborate with colleagues across the firm and contribute to the continued growth of our corporate and commercial practice.
The role requires accurate and timely case management, clear client communication, sound commercial judgment and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
