Requirements

To have 5+ years’ PQE and be comfortable working independently, handling a varied caseload from instruction to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who wants their ideas to be heard and who is motivated by the chance to make a visible impact.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake a broad caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment work, advising a diverse client base ranging from SMEs and owner‑managed businesses to larger organisations and senior individuals.
  • Handle the full spectrum of employment matters, from day‑to‑day HR advisory support and settlement agreements to tribunal claims, senior exits, restructures and strategic corporate support.
