A fantastic opportunity for a proactive employment solicitor who combines strong technical expertise with commercial instinct and a passion for growth. Working alongside the Employment Managing Principal, you will play a key role in the next phase of growth for the team. You will be confident in managing your own matters, supporting junior colleagues, and contributing to the development of a high-performing and ambitious Practice.
This role offers genuine scope for leadership and career progression. We are particularly interested in someone with an entrepreneurial approach: a lawyer who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities, and helping drive the continued success of the team and the Firm.

To have 5+ years’ PQE and be comfortable working independently, handling a varied caseload from instruction to completion. Undertaking a broad caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment work, advising a diverse client base ranging from SMEs and owner-managed businesses to larger organisations and senior individuals. The work will include the full spectrum of employment matters, from day-to-day HR advisory support and settlement agreements to tribunal claims, senior exits, restructures and strategic corporate support.
