We are looking for a strong, focused, accurate and personable Corporate Lawyer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor who combines technical excellence with sound judgement, enjoys building trusted client relationships and takes pride in delivering clear, practical advice.

The successful candidate will be confident working on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with the ability to manage transactions efficiently, maintain exceptional standards of accuracy and provide clients with a professional but approachable service.

The role will involve advising on a varied corporate and commercial caseload for a diverse client base, including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, larger organisations and senior individuals. You should be comfortable taking ownership of files, managing competing priorities and delivering work to a high standard within deadlines.

We are ideally seeking a lawyer with 3 to 5 years’ PQE who is ready to play a visible role within the team and contribute to the continued growth of the Firm. This position would suit someone ambitious, proactive and motivated by the opportunity to make a genuine impact.
