Are you a 3–5 years PQE Commercial Property Solicitor ready to step out of a rigid corporate structure and into a role where your work directly shapes the business?
We are looking for a proactive, commercially sharp Commercial Property Solicitor to join our specialist team.
To be comfortable working independently, handling a varied caseload from instruction to completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who wants their ideas to be heard and who is motivated by the chance to make a visible impact.
Key
Responsibilities: Manage a full and varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion.
Draft, negotiate, and advise on commercial leases, lease renewals, surrenders, and assignments (acting for both landlords and tenants).
Handle commercial acquisitions and disposals, including site acquisition, freehold/leasehold titles, and property finance transactions.
Advise on real estate aspects of corporate transactions, property development, and planning agreements.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders, and key referrers.
Participate in business development initiatives, networking events, and marketing activities.
Support and mentor junior solicitors, paralegals, or trainees within the practice group.
