An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Frem Group as a Marketing Executive, supporting four key brands within the group: FG Library, FG Projects, Furnitureplan, and Chairplan. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you will take full ownership of marketing delivery across multiple channels. The role supports both the sales and manufacturing arms of the group, requiring a well-rounded approach to both B2B and direct customer marketing. Working closely with the Group Marketing Director, Group Managing Director and the wider design, sales, and manufacturing teams, you will play a vital role in supporting the continued growth of a business that is leading the way in library and educational furniture design across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Responsibility for planning, coordinating, and delivering marketing projects across all four brands
- Manage timelines, priorities, and workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Coordinate activity across sales, design, and manufacturing teams
- Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content across all channels
- Develop engaging campaigns that reflect each brand’s identity and promote both products and projects
- Monitor performance and report on key metrics
- Website Administration
- Maintain and update multiple company websites across the group
- Ensure content aligns with both product-led (manufacturing) and service-led (projects/sales) offerings
- Support ongoing website optimisation to improve user experience and engagement
- Design and Production
- Produce a range of materials including brochures, presentations, case studies, and marketing assets
- Create collateral that supports both the sales pipeline and the promotion of manufactured products
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure materials are effective and aligned with commercial objectives
- Content Creation & Copywriting
- Develop clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for digital and print channels
- Support storytelling across projects, case studies, and campaigns
