We’re looking for an Interior Designer to join our forward‑thinking, innovative and industry‑leading team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a wide variety of projects, from major library fit‑outs to primary schools and educational environments, developing creative yet practical design solutions that genuinely make a difference.
As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for developing furniture layouts, interior schemes and product‑focused designs, supporting projects from initial concept through to customer presentation and manufacture. You’ll work closely with our Design, Sales and Production teams to ensure designs are not only inspiring but also manufacturable, cost‑effective and fit for purpose. This role is ideal for a creative individual, ideally with an interior design background, who enjoys designing full interiors as well as getting involved in product design and development within a sales and manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Working in conjunction with the Design and Sales teams, turning briefs and client requests into engaging design proposals
- Creating detailed floor plans and furniture layouts for a wide range of projects
- Producing 2D and 3D creative solutions that fulfil the brief while considering manufacturing, costing and practical constraints
- Assisting in the preparation of drawings, visuals, presentations and CAD designs for customers and internal manufacturing teams
- Contributing to design concepts, design development and material selection
- Liaising with customers alongside the Sales team to discuss requirements and present creative ideas and solutions
- Working closely with our production teams to refine existing products and support the design and development of new products
- Creative, practical and solutions‑focused with a strong design flair
- Comfortable working on full interior schemes as well as individual product designs
- Confident interpreting a brief and translating it into a clear, workable design scheme
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of manufacturing and cost considerations
- A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working across departments
- Experience of space planning and layout design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
