You'll inherit a strong, well-established territory, with an existing pipeline and relationships, alongside the freedom to develop new opportunities and grow the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow both existing and dormant accounts
  • Generate and respond to new sales leads and enquiries
  • Conduct site visits, surveys and client meetings
  • Translate client needs into detailed project briefs
  • Present tailored design solutions and close sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors and product developments
  • Contribute to strategic sales and marketing initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Commercially driven with a proactive mindset
  • Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills
  • Able to listen, interpret and respond to client requirements effectively
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and adaptable

  • Proven experience in face-to-face sales (essential)
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Experience managing a sales territory and sales pipeline (desirable)
  • Background in furniture, interiors, education or public sector sales (desirable)

What We Offer

  • Base salary with uncapped commission
  • Company car or car allowance
  • 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • The opportunity to work on meaningful, high-impact projects across the UK
  • Part of a wider group structure, with a well established, loyal and experienced team in all areas.
