ROVING DRIVER Royston & Biggleswade Stations £15.61 per hour Immediate Starts We are currently recruiting Roving Drivers to support a leading UK rail operator across Royston and Biggleswade stations. This is a customer-facing role where no two days are the same. You’ll play an important part in supporting passengers, maintaining a safe station environment and delivering excellent customer service. THE ROLE Your duties will include: * Assisting passengers throughout their journey * Deploying accessibility ramps when required * Driving a company vehicle between locations during working hours * Communicating with the client and station teams * Delivering excellent customer service * Responding calmly and professionally to incidents and challenging situations * Monitoring station areas and reporting issues in line with procedures * Providing general assistance to customers WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You must: * Hold a full UK manual driving licence * Have previous customer service experience * Be confident dealing with customers face-to-face * Communicate clearly and professionally * Remain calm under pressure and be comfortable solving problems * Take pride in providing a high standard of customer service * Be able to travel to Royston and Biggleswade * Be fully flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays Shifts will typically be 8, 10 or 12 hours, so full flexibility is essential.
