I am currently supporting a client of mine with their search for a HR Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced business working as part of the wider HR team, where you will gain exposure to all areas of HR. Below is an overview of the key things you will get involved in: Advising Managers on all areas of HR – everything from performance and absence through to complex and high-risk cases Conducting investigations Supporting Managers through change processes such as departmental restructures Delivering training material to Managers Leading on recruitment and selection Managing the onboarding process for new starters Supporting with the whole employee lifecycle Updating the HR system and producing reports Building stakeholder relationships Assisting with a variety of HR projects My client is looking for someone that has some generalist HR experience but most importantly someone with a real drive and passion for HR, someone who takes pride in what they do and is keen to learn!
