I am partnering exclusively with a client of mine in their search for a Bid Co-ordinator. This is a brand new role where you will support a successful and growing business as part of their project design team. Below is an overview of the things you will support with: Co-ordinating the bidding and tender process across a variety of projects Ensuring completion of pre-qualification questionnaires and other tender related activities Liaising with stakeholders internally and externally to collate relevant information Monitoring progress on various tenders Putting together project case studies, storyboards and presentations Reviewing various documents Managing the bid closing process Facilitate internal de-briefings A variety of other administrative duties around the bidding process For this role my client is happy to consider candidates with experience of supporting the tender process, or someone with a more administrative background that has an interest in this kind of role. Strong communication skills, being well-organised and excellent attention to detail are all essentials for this role, along with taking pride in the work that you do.
