A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Part Time HR Advisor with strong employee relations experience to join a well-established HR team. Below is an overview of the role: Acting as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary action Attending as the HR representative to formal HR meetings Developing and delivering training programmes on employee relations Liaising with trade unions Maintaining records and documentation related to employee relations cases, ensuring confidentiality and legal compliance at all times Leading the company-wide policy review Analysing trends in employee relations to recommend improvements or policy changes Staying up-to-date with developments in employment law and best practices in employee relations Supporting with a variety of HR projects and building effective relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally The successful candidate for this role will have extensive ER experience and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
