I am currently supporting a successful and growing business based in Preston, in their search for a HR Advisor. Working as part of a supportive HR team you will play a crucial role in delivering an efficient service to Managers and employees across the business, driving a high-performance culture and fostering a positive work environment at all times. Below is an overview of some of the things you will support with: Employee Relations: Providing expert advice and support to managers and employees on all HR-related matters, including all absence and performance related issues HR Policies and Procedures: Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and assisting in the development and implementation of new policies as needed HR Data: Producing HR reports with analytics for all Managers Reward and Benefits: Liaising with internal employees and external providers on employee benefits and payroll queries HR Projects: Participating in HR projects and initiatives to support business objectives and drive continuous improvement The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a generalist HR role and advising on ER cases. My client is ideally looking for a candidate that is qualified to level 3 or 5 CIPD. Strong communication skills and an excellent work ethic are both essentials for this role.
