We are seeking a senior Consulting Solution Architect / Senior Sales Engineer to lead advanced solution architecture engagements with key network operator customers in the UK and internationally. This role involves direct technical engagement at CTO and senior architect level, shaping network strategy and influencing technology decisions.

You will assess existing environments, design future-state architectures, and support hands‐on implementation. Working with small, high‐performing teams, you will build trusted advisory relationships and provide technical leadership across complex ISP and Telco networks.

Key Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in ISP/Telco networking environments
  • Strong expertise in Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS‐IS, MPLS)
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, security (ACLs, firewalls, VPNs), and network troubleshooting
  • Experience with network management, OSS/BSS systems, and API‐based integrations (REST/JSON)
  • Knowledge of EVPN/VXLAN and modern network architectures
  • Ability to work independently with high autonomy
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus
  • Cloud, SaaS, and SDN experience
  • Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, and Nokia platforms
  • Relevant technical certifications
