We're looking for a talented, driven and imaginative Head Chef to lead our kitchen team of 10 and help shape the next chapter of our food story.
We want someone who understands what proper British food means: comforting classics, bold flavours, beautiful local produce, and dishes that surprise people with clever, quirky twists. Someone who respects tradition but isn't afraid to challenge it.

Our food offering is centred around a strong and popular brunch trade, a quality bar snack menu, and a busy dinner service, alongside a much-loved traditional Sunday roast, circulating around a dining area set up for our incredible room guests. There is also real scope for creativity, with a possible opportunity to help develop an innovative afternoon tea offering in the future.
You’ll be supported by an experienced team including a talented, loyal Sous Chef, a sharp, personal Restaurant Manager, and have access to an exclusive-use support kitchen just five minutes from site, with an additional brigade of five chefs to assist with prep, production and operational support if needed. More than that, we want you to help make our kitchen the cultural hub of the business, a place of energy, pride, learning and inspiration.
You’ll work closely with the wider team to champion our values, build a strong kitchen culture, and help put The Pigs food firmly on the foodie map of Norfolk.
