We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Social, to join the Ffern team. They will report directly to the Head of Growth. The right candidate should have experience scaling Paid Social for a top tier agency or fast-paced consumer brand and will have developed a strong understanding of the Meta ad platform.
Key Responsibilities
- High-impact: Drive growth through Ffern’s most important acquisition channel across all regions (currently UK, EU and US).
- Strategy and Execution: Contribute towards high-level acquisition strategy and manage the day-to-day execution of campaign set up.
- Creative vision: Develop new content with the brand team and iterate on existing work. Our creative team is completely in-house, which means your ideas will come to life within days.
- International expansion: Drive growth through new European countries by tailoring your campaigns to cultural preferences.
Must Haves
- Experience: 2–5 years Paid Social experience, managing ad budgets at a world-class agency or a fast-growing consumer brand.
- Education: Academic degree from a top-tier university.
- Data driven: Can explain trends and behaviours by diving deep into the data. Knowledge of SQL is a nice to have - although there will be plenty of opportunities to build your knowledge here.
- Meta specialist: Specialised in the Meta ads platform, and you understand the winning strategies for high-growth companies.
- Enthusiasm: Passionate about working in the start-up world for a sustainable and mission-driven brand.
- Industry expert: Up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
