Ffern is looking for a Community Coordinator to deliver the Ffern experience at every touchpoint, resolving queries with warmth and brand voice.
You’ll answer emails and form queries, manage tickets in our dashboard, tag feedback for reporting, and help drive customer satisfaction. Full training is provided with teammates alongside you.
Roles cover evenings and weekends with about 20 hours per week, with flexibility to fit your schedule.
