Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities
- You have strong experience in retail leadership, ideally as a store manager in a premium or flagship environment.
- You have a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams and can speak to that with confidence.
- You are comfortable owning or influencing store P&L, rota planning and commercial decision-making.
Practicalities
- The role is based at our Soho store with weekly visits to our Old Street office to collaborate with the wider team across customer service, fragrance and brand.
- Store hours are 11am to 7pm Monday to Saturday, and 12pm to 6pm on Sundays, with a working week of 37.5 hours.
- We ask for flexibility across a 7-day week, including some weekend working each month.
- You should be comfortable on your feet for extended periods, able to manage stock, and confident with POS systems and retail technology.
