The Regional Business Director is the senior leader responsible for the overall commercial performance, operational excellence, financial management, and strategic growth of the region. This role holds full regional P&L responsibility and leads all aspects of the Amazon marketplace business, including sales performance, account management, operations, supply chain, inventory planning, finance, compliance, and team leadership. Reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, the Regional Business Director will drive profitable growth across Amazon marketplaces whilst ensuring operational efficiency, strong cash flow management, and a best‑in‑class customer experience. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen, deep Amazon marketplace expertise, operational leadership, and financial discipline to scale the business sustainably. This role requires a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced e-commerce environment and can effectively balance strategic planning with day‑to‑day execution.
Key Duties
- Business Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute the regional business strategy aligned with company objectives and growth targets.
- Own the regional P&L, ensuring delivery of revenue, profit, cash flow, and operational performance objectives.
- Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities across products, marketplaces, channels, and territories.
- Provide strategic leadership and commercial direction to maximise business performance and long‑term value creation.
- Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to support business planning, investment decisions, and organisational growth.
- Amazon Marketplace & Commercial Performance
- Lead the overall performance of Amazon Seller Central operations across the region.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, market share, and account health through effective marketplace strategies.
- Oversee pricing, promotions, advertising, listing optimisation, and product portfolio performance.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, performance standards, and marketplace best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon and key external stakeholders.

- Lead regional operations to ensure efficient, scalable, and customer‑focused execution.
