Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and growth‑driven PPC & Marketplace Manager to take full ownership of our Amazon Marketplace. This role goes beyond PPC management, it requires a strategic mindset focused on driving overall sales growth, profitability, and market expansion.
The ideal candidate is someone who can strategise, execute, and optimise campaigns while also overseeing the overall health and success of the marketplace, working closely with demand planning, inventory management, and customer service teams.

Key Duties
- Develop and execute high‑performing Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to maximise ROAS.
- Conduct in‑depth keyword research, bid optimisation, and competitor analysis to ensure campaigns drive scalable revenue.
- Continuously monitor ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CVR, and other key performance indicators to improve efficiency.
- Manage high‑volume campaigns with large ad budgets while ensuring cost efficiency.
- Test and implement new ad formats, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to stay ahead of market trends.
Marketplace Ownership & Business Growth
- Take full responsibility for the entire Amazon business performance in the market.
- Work cross‑functionally with the demand planning team to ensure inventory is replenished based on sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to reduce return rates and improve profitability through enhanced product listings.
- Recommend listing optimisation tactics including product pages, A+ Content, and SEO to improve organic ranking and sales.
- Identify new opportunities for growth, including product expansion, external traffic strategies, and market trends.
Performance Monitoring & Data‑Driven Decision Making
- Continuously analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve sales and profitability.
- Create detailed reports on campaign performance, sales trends, and market opportunities, presenting findings to senior management.
- Utilise Excel, pivot tables, and data visualisation tools to simplify complex data and drive strategic decision‑making.
- Competitive analysis: Analysing competitor advertising campaigns to identify areas of opportunity and competitive threats.
- Staying up‑to‑date with industry trends, new advertising formats, and changes to Amazon\'s advertising platform.
Required Skills
- PPC advertising expertise: Deep understanding of pay‑per‑click advertising principles and best practices, plus experience managing PPC campaigns on Amazon or other platforms.
- Data analysis and reporting: Strong analytical skills to analyse campaign performance data and produce reports that clearly communicate results and insights.
