FF Corse holds a unique position in the motorsport industry as the only organisation providing a complete range of technical, logistical, and personal support services exclusively for Ferrari drivers, from track day enthusiasts to professional racers. Established over 17 years ago, FF Corse specialises in coaching, managing, and supporting drivers through every stage of their motorsport journey. Today, we manage 35 racing Ferraris and have achieved over 260 race wins, 13 Championships, and 3 World Titles.
We are seeking an experienced motorsport technician to prepare and run our own and customer cars across various track and race programmes in the UK and Europe. A good understanding of the importance of teamwork, efficiency and workshop care and quality are also key to this role. The ability to follow procedures and protocols as documented in our event documentation pertaining to setup, preparation, operation and safety are vital. You will also be required to follow all safety regulations and assume any responsibilities or duties delegated by the Team Manager and Workshop Manager. You will be customer-facing so you must have good communication skills and at all times represent FF Corse in the appropriate manner.
Key Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years motorsport / technical/mechanical GT experience
- A mechanical aptitude gained within the Motorsport environment
- An extensive knowledge of race car preparation, setup and maintenance
- Have the basic, but relevant, fabrication skills required to repair damaged vehicles
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to help develop others in your team
- Great attention to detail, keen to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Ability to work within a team, but also manage tasks without supervision
- Have a positive and proactive approach and a willingness to learn and grow
- Understand the importance of presentation and communication
